Torsakul advises international and domestic banks on financing and refinancing transactions, financial and banking regulatory matters, debt repayments, licensing, and drafting and negotiating contracts. He is particularly sought after by insurers and commercial banks in relation to drafting and negotiating bancassurance agreements.

Torsakul also specializes in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions where he assists large international and domestic clients across diverse sectors on drafting and negotiating asset/share sale and purchase agreements, due diligence, and the establishment of joint ventures with Thai partners.

His practice also extends to drafting leases, distribution agreements, factoring agreements, service agreements and other commercial agreements relevant to companies’ operations in Thailand

• Acting as Thai legal counsel for a group of financial institutions in a global financing transaction granting USD 900 million credit facilities to a large automobile-parts manufacturing company and its subsidiaries.
• Acting for a SET-listed life insurance company in drafting and negotiating bancassurance agreements with commercial banks in Thailand and advising on regulations in relation to life insurance business.
• Advising a large Japanese property development company in collaboration with a SET-listed real estate development company in establishing various joint venture companies to develop property and residential condominium projects in Thailand. 
• Advising a SET-listed real estate development company in obtaining THB 6 billion credit facilities from syndicated lenders for the development of one of Thailand’s largest shopping malls and also acting for the client in later refinancing scheme.
• Advising the Bangkok branches of various Chinese and Japanese banking corporations on banking regulations in Thailand.
• Assisting a US-based global co-working space company in drafting and negotiating leases for multiple buildings in Bangkok, Thailand.
