Siam Premier Advises on a Successful Strategic Investment in Media and Entertainment Industry
Siam Premier has advised Nangmaewpa Co., Ltd. (“NMP”) in relation to a successful strategic investment by One Enterprise Public Company Limited (“ONEE”), one of Thailand's leading integrated media and entertainment companies and broadcaster of Channel ONE 31. The transaction was completed on 7 January 2026.
Siam Premier’s representation included advising on the share subscription agreement, share restructuring prior to the share subscription by ONEE and relevant regulatory guidance.
