Theerachit is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He advises and represents both Thai and international clients in a broad spectrum of civil and criminal litigation. His expertise spans a wide range of legal matters, including corporate and commercial disputes, insurance claims, labor and employment issues, real estate, torts, wills and estates, as well as family law.

Theerachit is particularly skilled in negotiation and dispute settlement, with a proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients both in and out of court.

In addition to his litigation experience, Theerachit is a licensed attorney-at-law, a qualified Notarial Services Attorney, and a full member of the Thai Bar Association.
