Kanokon specializes in advising multinational and large Thai corporations on complex mergers and acquisitions (including the trade competition implications of M&A transactions), foreign investment, antitrust laws, capital markets, banking finance transactions and regulatory matters, and privacy and personal data protection laws. She has advised clients in a broad range of sectors including banking and finance, automotive, aviation, oil and gas, hospitality, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals.

She was admitted to the Thai Bar Association in 2001.Kanokon was recognized as ‘Recommended Lawyer’ in Banking and Finance, Corporate M&A by The Legal 500 Asia-Pacific (2023), and has substantially recognized as ‘Highly Regarded’ in M&A by IFLR1000 (2021-2025).

• Advising various global and regional commercial banks in relation to banking and finance transactions under Thai laws.
• Advising both Thai and multinational companies in relation to trade competition law matters concerning their operations in Thailand.
