Tanapol joined Siam Premier in 2012 and has since established himself as a litigation specialist with extensive experience across a broad range of legal areas.  He regularly conducts cases before all major courts, including civil, criminal, bankruptcy, labour, tax, and intellectual property and international trade courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings.  He represents both individual and corporate clients across diverse industries, providing strategic and practical advice tailored to each matter.

In addition to his strong litigation practice, Tanapol has been involved in advising on complex legal issues and has contributed to the development of litigation strategies and case management approaches within the firm.  He is also an integral member of the firm’s dispute resolution team, where his persuasive advocacy and analytical skills play a key role in achieving successful outcomes for clients in both court and arbitration proceedings.

Tanapol is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand and the Thai Bar Association and qualified as the Notarial Services Attorney in Thailand.
