Rachakrit specializes in real property and construction law. He regularly advises major real estate developers, hotel owners, operators and industrial estates on complex land matters affecting land acquisition and development. He regularly coordinates with various authorities in relation to land due diligence, including Department of Lands, Royal Forest Department and the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand.
