Administrative Officer ( 01 February 2024 )

Responsibility:

  • Managing inventory of office supplies; purchase supplies and equipment
  • Coordinating with outside vendors and contractors
  • Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair and updating
  • Organizing special functions and social events
  • Recruiting, hiring and training new employees based on departmental needs
  • Creating and updating records and databases of employee information and company operations
  • Updating office policies and procedures
  • Preparing correspondence, documentation, and presentation materials
  • Supporting department managers

Qualifications we are looking for:

  • Thai Nationality/Female/Age not over 35;
  • Bachelor degree in business, administration, or related field preferred;
  • At least 5 years’ experience as an office assistant, office administrator, or handling administrative responsibilities in related function is an advantage;
  • Good command of English in both writing and speaking;
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Word, etc.;
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and highly reliable;
  • Positive attitude, service-oriented, work well and quickly under pressure;
  • Willing to work after hours if required; and
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize.
