Junior Level / Mid Level Associate: Real Estate ( 15 May 2026 )
Responsibility:
- Advising client on regulatory, compliance, and legal matters relating to property laws such as zoning and building control, land and property development, property sale and purchase, property taxes and stamp duties, value estimates and dispute resolutions.
- Preparing, reviewing and handling various types of legal documents in transactions involving real estate in Thailand.
- Conducting land due diligence and drafting a due diligence report.
- Preparing applications for title transfer, mortgage or other encumbrance registrations to be filed with the relevant authorities.
Qualifications we are looking for:
- LL.B. or LL.M. degree with outstanding academic credentials.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in a reputable law firm.
- Proven technical and practical knowledge of Thai laws.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, both verbal and written.
- Strong work ethics with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks independently while also working effectively in a team environment.
- Good interpersonal skills with strong organizational and planning abilities, service-minded, problem-solving, and attention-to-details, proactive and enthusiastic.
- Ability to apply innovation and creativity in developing effective solutions to legal issues.
- Experience in handling both domestic and cross-border transactions, either partially or across the full transaction process.
- At ease with conflict resolution with negotiation and analytical skills, knowledgeable in legal terminology and able to work long hours under pressure within limited timeframe.
