Congratulations to CAZ (Thailand) PLC
Siam Premier congratulates CAZ (Thailand) Public Company Limited (“CAZ”) on its successful IPO of 80 million newly issued shares and first trading day on the market for alternative investment (“mai”) in Property & Construction Industry on 22 January 2019.
CAZ is a construction company providing EPC contractor services in the oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, energy, and power plants sectors and is a spinoff from Takuni Group Public Company Limited (TAKUNI), another listed company on the mai in the Resources Industry.
Siam Premier partners, Saithip Mansri and Kanokon Worachanyawong, and associate, Thanaporn Tachatavon (all pictured) were delighted to be part of this achievement and attend the listing ceremony together with the management team, financial advisor and underwriters at the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
