Kulkanist joined Siam Premier in 2005 as Partner. She specializes in M&A, capital markets including securities and stock exchange regulations, public company laws, corporate and commercial law, joint venture and corporate finance and litigations.

She has extensive experience representing and advising clients on M&A and capital markets matters as well as advising Thai and foreign investors making their investment in Thailand and throughout Asia. She also represents and advises issuers on various types of offering of securities including advising companies in relation to listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).

Moreover, Kulkanist has experience in representing numerous SET-listed companies on complex rules and regulations with respect to the stock exchange and public company law as well as conducting AGM/EGM for numerous SET-listed companies. On mergers and acquisitions, she has advised numerous companies and structured various major acquisition schemes, including tender offers and delisting. 

She is a former member of the Takeover Panel appointed by the Thai SEC in 2002 - 2020 and is recognized as a Leading Lawyer in Capital Markets by Legal 500 Asia Pacific (2023).
