Petchada is a member of the corporate and commercial practice group. She specializes in business establishment, corporate restructuring, and cross-border M&A deals. She also advises foreign corporations on foreign direct investment, including in relation to Foreign Investment Laws and Investment Promotion under the Board of Investment of Thailand. Her experience spans multiple sectors, including oil and gas, mining, trading, manufacturing, and professional services.
